Backups residing on the HDD that is the most likely thing to go south makes no sense to me!
BTW I keep getting hung(no next button) in step 2 of installing imgburn????????

You need to respond to the question being asked. I do so by "unchecking" the three option boxes. It then moves on to step 3.
Imgburn is a small application. I put it on a flash stick but I believe it will fit on a floppy as well.

I have no idea what might be causing the pane to be deleted like that.
I did not mention, however, that you can un-check the check marks by positioning the mouse and clicking at the location of the check marks.

Tried that, but with no 'next' button only option is to cancel from the task bar!:((or look at it until a major negative event occurs(BSD):D)
