Fret slots can be sawn with a special fretsaw blade for your table saw, or with a hand fretsaw. Positioning is done by using a fret marking jig available from luthiery suppliers.

Another great guitar supply source is LMI, Luthiers Mercantile Inc.

That pin routing is seriously nice work!
