As an aside I did send an email to SS complaining of him and praising two other ladies there. Interesting enough in SS contact us section there is no heading for compliments or complaints. I don't judge a company on their mistakes but on how they respond to them.......

Just got off the phone With SS. Talked to Jan. She was great ! Answered all my questions on parts I want to order and even E-mailed me the instructions on one part that I couldn't figure out... Makes me glad I waited till after price increase to order so they can make enough money to keep folk like her ...
