With this level of enthusiasm for a hard copy catalog, I guess we can kiss that idea good bye.
Now all I can hope for is that the PDF version is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

I voted 'no' only because there wasn't an 'update the PDF catalog' option.

A PDF version can be had from almost any Microsoft application. If it is assembled in Word, Excel or Powerpoint, it can be saved as PDF and then downloaded. Since they already have the basic data somewhere, it only needs to be modified, the cover sheet attached and then make one PDF for all users to retrieve. For newer products not pictured, a cheap camera can be used to get those pix into the original document, shifting arranged in the original and again, save the PDF. The move the PDF onto the server to replace the old one. If I had the time, I would volunteer if a copy of the original could be sent to me. I would only need guidance as to what new items, prices and updates to be modified, then send the updated file back in PDF. Just saying.

I ran across this today while digging in some old files.
