about a decade ago there were a lot of changes going on all at the same time:

As a result of our divorce, my ex achieved "Less Paul"
I was on a diet, also hoping for a bit "Less Paul"
and I bought my dream guitar, a (yeah, you guessed it) "Les Paul"

Edit: Not here, but everywhere I desire anonymity I go by LessPaul.

First name is Steve, and is usually not capitalized. Middle name is Kent.

But, my nickname is from the first 4 letters of my last name, even though the two initials would fit. Some places, I use "skskou," but not here.

Here's a hint. Last year, Glenn Beck put a book by a dead author on the bestsellers list, by talking about his book. The author is my father's cousin, and has the same last name as me.

Any guesses?

It was the name my great grandmother used, of the monster that lived under the stairs, to keep us kids from going down into the basement.

My name is Joe. My wife's Norwegian grandfather always called me "Yo." The old Norwegians couldn't pronounce the English "J", so when I am in Norway, I use Nils Olsen. Also, Nils is never a user name that is already taken.

long long time ago

RedDogPatch, was derived after a hot afternoon session of drinking beers. After 3 or 4 beers, I had to seek relief on a nearby fallen tree.
This act of creativeness then lead to short poem I wrote, which was titled, "RedDogPatch"..
The name of the beer?? go figure..lol

First 4 letters of last name. I originally set it up for email on my home computer.
