This is multi-purpose tool alternative to Shopsmith. Looks like it's in good shape with a full set of accessories. My SUV has a transmission problem, but I'm tempted to find a way to go get this for the collection.

Amazing to see one that is complete. If it were closer to N. Arkansas, I would try to buy it. Good luck in the restoration.

I view the Delta Shop, Shopsmith, and the Hoosier style cabinets as examples of the Leatherman tools of our history. Things that are worth saving.

Google says it is a cargo hook.

The hook wasn't included. That does look like a cargo hook, the reason why boxes are sometimes labeled "No Hooks".
