He He He !!! Since he doesn't appear to know what he has, a Magna compound Miter Saw, never heard it called that I guess he doesn't have a clue what it is worth.

Compound Miter Saw - Gotta admit that is accurate.(up to a point).
That was my thought also sorta. Just didn't put it in the poste.

Saw Smith 2000. Looks pretty clean. Slightly pricey.

What's a reasonable price for a Sawsmith? Incidentally, what were the years of production of those? I've been thinking about getting one, but haven't seen anything in my area (Eastern North Carolina).

Now THAT'S a true bargain! I'd buy that in a heartbeat if it wasn't 700 miles away.

For all you collectors out there, there is an original 10E Jacobs drill chuck listed on eBay. This is not a 3326 that Magna used later on. This is the original chuck they used first. It is a Jacobs 33B with an adapter to fit the SS 5/8" smooth shaft. The chuck itself has a 5/8-16 threaded hole and the adapter has a 5/8 smooth hole with a set screw. The attached picture is the one I have. The eBay item number is 121604623425.
