Other colors will attract the attention of Shopsmith users, nothing beats a nice clean older unit that looks like it has never been used.
HEY! They
were not gray originally! Faded blue looks gray!

"Original OEM Gray" was a color of the paint mentioned by Mickyd, however the model 10 was not originally gray.

[quote="etc92guy"]Sorry, MickyD. Took a little digging. Heathicus did a good example with the tools he had.
In the example below, notice the outlining on the base behind the flywheel. I don't care for "The Galloway" box or the stars on the flywheel.

I picked the next example for the striping on the wheels and hubs

This shows more of the striping all over.

I think the key is to keep it thin. Example. on part 101-4 (where the way tubes rest when not in drill press mode) the outer edge on the casting is 1/4" thick (mine is cast iron, if you have aluminum it could be different. I don't have a exampe to check, yet ]
Do ya tink these pix will get Farmers attention?:D

Notice the pin striping on the horses nose.
And... maybe my gypsy wagon color might make a lively Shopsmith color.

Is that one of those $1 tool boxes you mentioned previously(the one on the back of the gypsy wagon 'puller').
BTW The pinstriping on the animal on the right in the first pix is a little fuzzy!:D

It must have been drawn on with an etch-a-sketch!
