When I ordered mine, they told me 2 weeks. I had it in just over 1 week. It's worth the wait.

I read through this thread and came to the conclusion, I must be some kind of "Goof ball". An explanation is in order. The day before I cancelled the order I was told by the "Medical Experts" not to make any long term plans. My wife doesn't know a Shopsmith from a washing machine and my daughters are not wood workers.

I thought if I could maybe get one in a reasonable amount of time I might order it, install and sell the whole setup. Give me something to do!! Saw dust is a no no even though I have respirators, shop dust filter etc. Spent the morning converting a 510 main table into a below the table router setup complete with a see through insert.

Playing around with $1700.00 bucks may not be a good idea but then I have done "Goofy" things before.

Second the motion.........I too would like to see that photo! I have a second 510 main table I am thinking of converting to a router table.

Hold the ctrl Key down on your computer and roll the wheel on the mouse to enlarge or reduce. You can also hold it down and use the + and - keys.

Nice job, Don! How do you like the Jointech IPM? I have the newer version of the Jointech Saw Train that drops down on the 520 rails. It is a neat tool.

I really like it. I have used this fence system for several years making dovetails and etc. I have used it with the SS table saw except on bigger stuff fearing a little flex. It also works quite well on the DeWalt radial and Delta drill press. I have the same set up using a work station panel but wanted to make one using SS components. The insert is 1/2 Lexan, don't recommend using Plastic poly carbonate. The leveling screws are 10-32 Phillips. Also made insert for my Porter Cable plunge router however it doesn't have the above table adjustment like the Bosch.

I thought about making some brackets to attach to the fence to ride on the table tubes similar to the drop downs on the 520. Not too hard but haven't had a situation where I felt it was necessary yet. But it would make for a more positive cut.
