My order and my package list states: Drill Chuck with Key.
I get Band Saw Blade.

The main reason I included all of the above is, for future reference. Not only for me, but for others. If you order something, do not expect it to be at your door, in a blink of an eye.
Most folks nowadays, think that, everything happens overnight.

My guess is that orders are pulled by part number not nomenclature. As I said the drill chuck and band saw blade part numbers are exactly the same except for the second digit. The person pulling your order simply made a mistake. Nobody is perfect!

I am glad the OP posted this. Except the frustration of getting the wrong part (mistakes happen but that is frustrating) I am glad to know that when I order my parts they will get to me in a hurry. 8 days for standard shipping is awesome. Anyone who pays for standard shipping and expects it sooner is really just a bit unrealistic. For the 50-60 bucks it will take you to drive there (273X2=546/22mph=25galX $2.50=62.5) why didn't you next day it or 2 day it.

Standard shipping policy states usually 5-7 days. Yours did take 8 so one day longer. I wouldn't be to upset by that.

Sorry to hear of your inconvenience. I have had some difficulty in getting parts etc but over all it was great service. The Reps are usually very helpful in giving information and instruction. I only have good things to say about shop smith on this end. I am waiting on my order thought lol.
