Might be a sign that you are getting old. There comes a point in life you are glad for the pain it lets you know you still have whatever hurts :D
Golly Gee, thanks :(
Sorry to be a barer of bad news but fact is fact. Old age is not for sissies. Each day I find a new part of my body that I have ignored for 69 years only to find it by the pain.

In the last decade, I have discovered that... when there are significant variables in temperature swings, my body tells me to slow down, or I will slow you down by default.

It is almost like my body becomes like a human sized, barometric pressure gauge and it rears its ugly head, with pain!!!

For me, old age means that I can no longer deal with hot temperatures. In Summer, I have to sit and watch the world go by. In Winter, I can still get out and get things done. Heat is a killer for me and it will kill me if I'm fool enough to go out into it.

I can't imagine summer in ND being so unbearable. I'll trade you a Missouri hot August day for a ND one any day (you don't have the humidity we do that I know of). Anyway, it's the cold that gets to me.

You need to come to Florida. I hate the Sun I run from shade to shade. My Dermatologist said I was one of the few smart people. But everything down here is AIR CONDITIONED. I die when we travel north to visit it is so hot no AC in most places.
We have had a looong hooooooooot summer. Still breaking high temp records in Nov. today was cool.

It isn't as hot here as what you get, but still too hot for me in the Summer. I wouldn't be able to tolerate your heat. You get even more of it than we do.
