Is the deviant item the wheel or the tire???

BTW I am not yet convinced that you have identified the true source of your problem.

I watch that and still don't know what is happening.

In your first post you say this is the "second set" of replacement wheels/tires. It seems hard to believe that you'd get two bad replacement wheels from Shopsmith in a row, but I suppose it is possible if they got a bad batch from the supplier.

Do you still have the original lower wheel? Can you mount it and see if it wobbles? That might help isolate the issue to the frame versus the wheel.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on either. I can't really see this wheel being 'out of spec' because it was inspected by the lead quality guy.

Sure, I can put back on the original wheel. I'll do that and see if there is a difference.

Also, I see in your signature that you own one of the original cast iron table band saws, like my model. Can you do a similar test as I've done and see if your results are the same?

I will try to take a video and post it. May be quite a bit later today or tomorrow.

I watched the new video of the wheel for wobble. I see very little wobble. So we are all looking at the same thing I did a couple of captures. The arrow on the left is the location I was watching for wheel movement. And yes there is some but not that much.

The tire does have a pretty good amount of movement. You can see that by looking where the right green arrow is. Is it too much? I don't think so.
Now this is in a relative static state with no loading so I think the next step is to install the best blade you have and redo this video so we can watch the blade for movement. Since the issue could still be here but unseen perhaps having the tension applied will show something else.

I'm now going to look at the second video and see what that shows.

I see one bump. When tires are put on it is not uncommon for there to be thin and thick areas and that is one of the issues one is likely to see. In this video the bump is pretty isolated to a single high location.

Again so we are all watching the same thing I put a green arrow at about the high spot..... I might have missed it slightly so lets call this the general location with the green arrow.
I think this one needs to be redone with blade and tension. The high spot may go away under tension and even if it doesn't it not that big a high spot in my opinion.

I see nothing here to indicate a problem either.

Thanks a ton for analyzing the videos. I'm glad to see that you are seeing the same thing I am and that you believe them to be non-issues

Once I get a chance to put back together the bandsaw I'll see if I can redo the video with the tires under tension.

Once last followup question for ya. Do you think that the wheel/tire movement would be significant enough to 'pop' the blade out of the backup roller?

Been following this thread and I agree with JPG that that the "wobble" does not appear to be significant. My machine appears to run under the same conditions. I do have one question which may have already been answered but I did not see it " is the backup bearing and it's holder correctly aligned?" Try to loosen the backup bearing and it's holder and turn the wheel by hand and see where the blade wants to ride. ( don't let the blade fall off the back of the wheel ). After letting the blade position itself the reset the backup bearing assembly and try again under power. The blade can only run in a straight line between the upper and lower wheels. If the tracking bearing set is pulling the blade from a straight line then the blade will most probably "jump the Groove".

So, I put back together the bandsaw and installed the blade to take a bit more video... Now, I don't know exactly what I did, but the the blade stayed in the track just fine!

The bandsaw is all put back together and I decided to run a test and make a vid of it. It sounds good, at least to me. I tried cutting a few pieces of 2x4 and those seemed to cut well. Though I don't have a vid of me cutting cuz I'm not doing that one handed.
