Yes, serial number 2012-04-11, no problem with it. Delivery person dropped it when delivering to my office. Sent it back out of caution and got it back shortly thereafter and have no problem with it.

have one for two now, best upgrade I ever made. I rather be making sawdust and seeing what skills I need to work on, than sitting in front of a computer ... I'm actually looking for inspiration / ideas for my next project. And your post caught my eye so here I am replying to it

I have had mine for 5 years now with no problems.

I have one. Only a few months old, and other than the quill depth lock dial being installed upsidedown (indicator points towards bottom of headstock), I've not had any problems.

Since the index is on 'top' of a part that installs into a D shaped hole, I do not understand how it can be 'upside down'.
The dial can also only be installed 'one way'.
You do realize it 'indicates' distance from bottom 'stop', not distance fed from top(retracted).
