I'd bet against you on that, Dusty. The cross-section of extrusion profile is controlled by an extrusion die. Unless it's a new die, I'm not sure how the dimensions could be off.

My bandsaw table is cast iron, so I can't verify this, but I'm assuming that the slot in the aluminum table casting is milled to finish size. If so, a simple setup error could result in the wrong slot depth.

My fence is the Kreg fence, just to be sure where on the same page.

I believe you set up your Kreg wrong. From the operator's perspective, that rear fence should be hanging out the back left side of the table. It allows the rip fence to work all the way up against the throat riser.

True also of the front rail. In sum, your rear rail is mounted too far to the right edge of the table (again from operator's perspective).

So is the front rail with the scale on it far enough away from the table to be able to change blades without removing it? It does not appear to be in this picture but it looks like it might be in the other picture on the SS web site.
