I was able to get the manual for the newer compressor. Thank you.
Also, does anyone know if the new compressor model takes any type of lubrication (oil)? I did not see anything about it in the manual? There is one plug located on the top of the compressor. Was wondering what that was for.

The Magna Sprayer Model DM shows up in a catalog dated in 1954 after the release of the "Greenie" Mark 5. It continued in production into the 1960’s Magna American era to at least 1964 which is the last catalog I have for Magna in the 60's. They were Part Numbers 66 000 & 505643. Remember until Shopsmith Inc. started selling the Shopsmith Mark 5 and SPT's, all SPT's were known as Magna Tools. It was shown in the 1955 edition of Power Tool Woodworking for Everyone which continued in reprints into the 1960's in the Spray Finishing chapter.

The Magna Sprayer came as a kit with the compressor, spray gun, 2 air hoses (5’ & 10’), dusting nozzle, tire inflator and garden hose adapter. The garden hose adapter allowed the user to connect up to 100’ of garden hose to extend its reach.
