Looks like the saw blade pocket on the left side is reachable. Might need to lower it just a wee bit, but should be doable. Room on the other end for one as well.

Ok, guys...I've finished (I think) the new re-design. Go download it into Sketchup and see what you think?

If it passes muster, I'll do the parts layout cutsheet and re-upload it.

I like it, but a question is there space in it to store the 510 table connector tubes, legs and auxiliary tables?

I would think you could, depending on what else you were storing in the main body of the cabinet, but I can't say for certain without dimensions of both. The tubes and legs, for sure, but I don't know about the tables.

It'll pass muster but once built you may occasionally grit your teeth. I am still skeptical about mounting and unmounting a saw blade and arbor on the ends of the cabinet.

Your cabinet measures 48 1/4". You'd be uttering unrepeatable nothings if you tried to put that cabinet between the end casings on my machine.

All that said, I like it.

Do you plan to put casters under it?

The 48-1/4" measurement is exactly what mine is. *shrug*

No plans to put casters underneath it.

And, you don't have to put a saw blade pocket on the end if ya don't want. Was just trying to make use of dead space.

What if you rotated the blade pocket 45 degrees. Then the blade would go in at an angle making it a lot easier and give better clearance.

Model has been updated with the cutsheets, with all parts laid out, including a 1/8" kerf space between each part.
