I am still in the process of taking stock of what I have / don't have with this machine. Because I "adopted" it, I am still figuring out what is missing. For instance, the two sets of wheels I see a lot of these machines are on did not make their way home with me. Also, the headstock is missing some of the standard screws that retain the fly sheave cover. Also, the cover for the maintenance port on the backside of the headstock is missing so all the internals are exposed to dust and debris. First and foremost, I am in need of the main quill and floating bearing quill for the lathe function, which is the reason this machine was found and brought home anyway.
I hope this gives a good idea of my conundrum. I appreciate any knowledge or help you can provide.
Soren

Floating bearing quill????
fly sheave cover??? If belt cover, typical standard hardware.
Maintenance port understood - source will vary depending upon what vintage you have. Older versions will likely require e-bay purchase.
Are only the wheels missing or are the entire caster assemblies missing? FWIW they were an extra cost addon.

Yes I was using the wrong terminology - Fly sheave cover = belt cover and Floating bearing quill = cup center assembly on the tail stock. Actually, it's the pin that is bent. I seemed to just be making things up on my own.
I also began disassembling the head stock and found out that the control hand assembly is missing some teeth...

Are there any specific items in the speed control assembly or the quadrant assembly that should get attention? Any important springs or tensioners that make sense to replace while I have the head stock apart? Any parts that you have and are willing to get rid of?

The center pin is usually replaceable:

You're going to want a live center though, put some money into one of those.

I have all of them. Might as well send you a complete speed dial assembly instead separating all the pieces.

I have a SS 10ER 1/2 hp motor that runs well. If anyone would like it for the cost of shipping just let me know.

Just the postage. Paypal is fine. I think my kids have Venmo, whatever that is.
