There is no such thing as scrap wood. Just today I found a brand new use for unused small pieces of wood. Last week I purchased a twelve year old Toyota Tundra Pickup. This truck is in great shape except that the rear bumper had a bend in it that was touching the rear quarter panel and not allowing the tailgate to open without scraping. Using an assortment of clamps, various hammers and a couple of short 3" square short sections of wood. As well as a piece 6' by 2" and 14" long and left over from I have no way of knowing what, the bumper is once again reasonably close to its original shape and not hitting the tailgate. Both pieces of wood can still be used for another purpose. Thus I repeat there is no such thing as scrap wood. Jim
