So, there really are quite a few members here in AZ-land, and while there was some talk of getting together, it looks to have fizzled out a bit. Anyone want to grab lunch/coffee in Phoenix in a 2-4 weeks?
OK, I'm guessing here but Rupert, Dick is going to be in town some time in the near future, bringing me
a Jointer.

Maybe, we could all hook up.

Dick?

Gene?

Dusty?

If timing is right, I would enjoy that. Right now I am on a driving restriction due to medical issues. Hopefully, that will be resolved in the very near future. Riding in the back seat with my wife driving is .........well..... enough said.

I live in SE Tucson but I'm in Phoenix almost every weekend for my son's lacrosse games...I would be interested in meeting for lunch!

Let's try to make that happen.

Unfortunately, not right now. I am recovering now from open heart surgery and am not as mobile as I wold like to be.

Dusty, we have never met however, if there is anything I can do to help during your recover please let me know. I would be glad to help. I'm on the far SE side of Tucson...but more than willing to take the 30 minute drive to your side of town.

Silenthope beat me to it, but as Steve (skou) suggested, I am going to be over there probably next week. I could pick you up in Tucson and you and your wife ride with Laura and I. :D

JPG: Just do not make him ride in the back seat!

That is exactly where he should ride, with a seat belt on and a firm pillow held to his chest, Sitting in the right front seat with, even a minor accident, the inflatable bag could kill him. I speak from my open heart surgery episode and back seat riding experience.

I do very much appreciate this but my schedule, coupled with my physical condition, just do not permit at this time. I have too many appointments with different doctors and clinics to take on more.
