It is 5 separate components:
[INDENT]Base or plinth
3 stackable boxes for shelves
Top assembly

The basic plan came from Pop Wood. I modified the plan to suite what I wanted.....did half-blind dovetails to put the boxes together, solid slats for the backs instead of plywood, and mortise and tenons for the doors.
I had posted a bit on this project in the SS Elvesthread started by mrhart.
It's been a fun project....and another learning project for me. The best part if it is SWMBO is very pleased with it

The adventure started Friday. I left the table out over night and the wind caught it.

So I went to a few garage sales and found a hardboard door (with water stains) and some pine boards and 2x4s for $5.00. After removing the hardware from the broken table I cut the 2x4s with the SS and found the cordless drill (had a hard time remembering how it worked). Drilled some 1 1/8 holes in 6in blocks.

Cleaned up the holes with the SS.

A little glue some JPW in the holes a few clamps some screws for good measure. I even know what I will tell SWMBO when she notices the new table top. It will be something like "How do you like the improved table?".

I spent most of the day in the shop and all I used was a drill and a circular saw.

That is Desert Diamond Agave Rum Notice the easy pull cork. no wasted time unscrewing the top. I keep it in the shop at all times to prevent snake bite and it workers.
