Even I can understand that!! I may go with fewer holes for mine though as it is a solution for managing tools during a turning session and not a full time storage solution. I use the boxes that my chisels came in for long term storage.

Not really a rack but I drilled a hole in the wood end of the chisels and hang them on some peg board. Another thought would to run some cord through the hole and hang the from a free standing rack of some sort.
