Wow, I have seen so many cool ideas for my next shop, especially the more compact shops as I will one day have to vacate my father-in-laws garage and move into quite a bit smaller space. One thing I never thought of that I noticed in 'RDavidP's' shop was the bench that was the same height as the SS table creating an instant out feed table.

The amount of compartmentalization and modular designs I have seen from those of you with limited space will be a great benefit for me when I build my own small shop on my property. I hope folks keep posting more pics of their shops for the rest of us to see.

That is no longer the case. The Shopsmith saw table in tablesaw mode is much higher than my bench. My bench was built originally for my previous table saw. The height of the two tables were the same for outfeed. Still though for my router table, the height of the router table is the same height as my workbench, and I can just slide the router table next to the bench easily for outfeed.

That change applied to emoticons. Wonder if it (unknown to admin) also changed the # of pix as well?

Tried to post 7 pix at once last night. Got cut off at 5.:( So I had to settle for 4 then 3.

Well, emoticons ARE pictures. They count toward the picture limit.

I suppose it's possible that Admin's change a while back didn't apply to every section of the forums.

Well, there I go again - being literal and not thinking "pictures" can also be called "images" AND not thinking about emoticons ACTUALLY being pictures! How silly of me!! Maybe next time I'll wait to consider for about a week before I post ... or not. Good thought provoking retort - Thanks.
