Apparently, a fine oil mist is also dispersed out this vent hole (residue on the cellofane), hence the accumulation of gummy gunk in the hole over time...especially with wood fibre floating in the air!

Since it is 'fresh', how about a 'trip' report. How to get from camera to you-tube.

Putting a video on Youtube is pretty easy.

1. Create a user account on youtube.

2. Have camera or smart phone hooked to computer.

3. Click the "upload" button at top of page in youtube, follow instructions, find your file and open.

4. Another page appears, while pic or vid is uploading, fill out title and descript of video, mark as public, private, or other.

5. Play your video, copy url at top of page, paste where ever you like!

I upload somethings but I like to keep them in HD so I have to keep them short. Not a requirement from youtube, I believe they have a 15 minute limit.

The problem is with DSL service which is really ADSL. The "A" is for asymmetric and what that in effect means is the the upload side is limit to a lower rate then the download side. For the most part this is fine since most people download far more then they upload.

For me a 30 second clip takes about a half hour to upload. File size is about 90+ MB. If you want to use a compressed format and lower the resolution you can reduce the video to a fraction of the size.

OK enough about that now I'll go check out the video.

So, while I'm waiting on a new pulley to run the jigsaw on the pwr stand it came with, I'll start on my new quest.

The air pump seal, shown between the 2 square ID washers, appears to be leather.

Should be able to replace air tube with clear vinyl tubing at Lowe's.

That air nipple and the housing it screws into is plugged with old sawdust.

Careful, there are nylon ball valves in there.

Are they're any drawings or pics of these ball valves...an exploded view?
