JSBurger, yes you can change blades without removing the Kreg band saw fence.

My sample size of one is as follows.

Extrusion overall height is about 0.450.

The table slot depth is about 0.455.

The 0.450 is essentially the same as both Dusty's and Skizzity's.(- .005 and +.0035)

My slot depth is 0.057 less than Skizzity's.

Increasing the sample size to two.

Extrusion overall height is about 0.450

The table slot depth is about 0.460.

Nothing very significant added by that other than two nearly alike.

I suspect the table is the real culprit. So maybe you'll get a new one of those next.

I'm confused! A new bar?? It is the bottom of the bar that makes contact with the aluminum extrusion. A new bar, even though it could be a different size, will still rest in the bottom of the aluminum miter track insert. I fail to see how a new bar will correct the originally stated problem.

As for the table being the culprit?? The only way I can see the table being the cause would be if the miter slot was milled too deep. That doesn't seem likely.

I think that customer service is shooting in the dark on this one. Throw parts at it until it goes away.
