I've gotta question about my missing name plate issue. I have one saved on my eBay that's been on there for quite a while now. Listed at $9.99+$3.95 shipping. The only thing is the holes the pins go through are a little rough.. Is there any suggestions on how to possibly make it look a little better? Maybe even removing the pins and tapping for screws to cover the mangled holes a little bit? I feel like the only other way to get a name plate is to buy a headstock and I really don't need one.

I would use an appropriately sized washer under the head of which ever fastener you choose to use.

Also Fastenall carries the original drive screws Magna used. I will post the part number when I go out to the shop later.

The part is a #6 X 5/16 U-Drive Screw. The Fastenall part number is 32210.

Using a washer was my thought as well. The headstock actually still has the drive screws in it. I think they we just pulled out a little bit, then the metal plate that housed the switch had a stepped hole, you put it on the drive screws then twist it and it looks in. Like hanging a picture frame up.
