Interesting! Both my spacer rings are 40 mm od.

Your last drawings are much different from what I have.

Yes, interesting, I don't have the small ring at all. I wonder if others have the small ring spacer?

[Edit] I'm not positive there is an inner ring and an outer ring that make up the spacer as shown on my sketch, but there is a definite shoulder (ridge) on both sides. After seeing yours with no shoulder, maybe mine is only there due to wear, bearing spinning in the eccentric.

I finally got around to putting my Mark VII back together and this replacement idler shaft is working fantastically! Thanks again for the fantastic work making this new design of shaft.

Haven't used the machine with anything attached yet, so I'll provide updates if anything goes awry with this shaft, but I'm feeling pretty good about it.
