Caution label update

I had posted looking for the caution label for my 1980 Mark V.

I was provided with the SHOPSMITH part number
99 516626 Headstock Warning Label for MV

So I ordered from shopsmith and this is what I received

so, 516626 is not the caution label, its the warning label.
If anyone needs this label I can send it to you, I don't need it.

br549, if you still have any caution labels available, I'd like to get one from you.

Thanks
