Where you lookin'? I click on members list in the red bar toward the top (between FAQ and Calander) and look at the #members there.
Hey, maybe it's because I am on the west coast and the electrons are still in transit???

You gotta go with the member list that shows
objective evidence of 5125 members. (170 pages of 30 names each and 1 page of 25 names = 5125).

Hi,
Since we don't have the ability to get that same information from the other site I think the posted numbers should be the way to go. But that is not a big deal as our two numbers are only one off from one another.
The other thing I just noticed is the latest person that signed up has a u=5170. I went from member #1 to 50 and found 37 of them unused. Since the difference between 5170 and 5125 is 45 there needs to be a few more missing numbers.... perhaps some were booted?

The data base has you as u 4196. My number is 442 this is in effect the number assigned to you when you signed up. It is a form of user ID.
Typically the early numbers are assigned to the people starting the forum and the first outside user is give a starter number at say 50 or 10 or 100. The rest of the numbers go on from there.

This will take you to me if you change the number to 4196 it will be you, and you can do that navigation bar of your browser.

Now I am confused. The newest member, hambo, is u=5171 and yet he is the 5127th member.

Never mind. Reible has already pointed this out in post #56 this thread.
