Parts are here!

Post by vzandt »

My parts arrived today, so I can begin re-assembly. I took the down time to sand and repaint the rest of the unit and clean and polish the way tubes so it was not a total loss. The only backordered part was a main drive bearing which I actually purchased locally while waiting on the backorder, but I was not able to cancel the order on that part as they said the order had gone to the warehouse for a partial ship. Good news is that I now have everything I needed and a spare bearing to boot. I hope I can get time to work on it this weekend.

Fast receipt of order

Post by charlese »

Wanted to report, I ordered a 6" outside caliper (from an e-mail special), along with a cloverleaf shaper knife, on 2/20/10 at 11:PM. It was acknowledged 2/21 via e-mail. Both parts were received 2/25, via USPS. I've never had such quick service!:)
