Just finished reading the details on the LJ site and all I can say is "WOW". Beautiful piece of furniture, can't say enough about the craftsmanship. I sure your wife is super pleased with the finished product. I don't even dare show this picture to my wife. Great job - A big Thumbs Up!!!!

That's some fine craftsmanship. I only hope I can make furniture like that some day. I'm in my shopsmith infancy.

That is outstanding! Did you use the shaper or moder function of the Shopsmith? Overarm router? I would love to hear some construction details. Alec

kartoffelkopf, that is truly a fine piece of craftsmanship. From choice of wood, through the manufacturing and then the finish. I can not say enough good things about your work on this piece! Congratulations!
