order e-mails

I received e-mail notification on my last order when it was shipped.. a couple of weeks ago now..............

If you go to the owner's page, www.shopsmith.net and log in, you might find that you have a link "Click here to check your recent order". How does one determine the tracking number these days? I have two outstanding purchase orders. One is back ordered and I have called to determine its status. The status of the other is "Shipped".
In days gone by, when an item was shipped, Shopsmith sent an email so informing you and that email revealed a tracking number. Not so on this order.
How does the system work these days? Is there a tracking number available?
Are you sure? I don't find an Owner's Page on shopsmith.net. Now, if a go to shopsmith.com/Support/Order Status I can learn the status of any recent order but not the Tracking #.
I have communicated with Admin and it has been confirmed that something is not working as intended. The Tracking # should and will be available. Work in Process.
