The Shadow Box I built for myself with my 510 when I retired from Active Duty. Thanks for the advice.

You da man!!! Your officially knighted a photo poster!!
Nice looking shadow box.
100% professional look including the finish. Congrats. I'd be interested in a close up to read the text and to see the statue if you have a photo, including the text under the flag.

Thanks Brothers for all of the compliments!!
For you MickyD, and anyone else interested, below are the photos so you can read the engraving. I did everything in the box from the layout to mounting. The glass is all 1/4", and the wood is white oak, the traditional boatwrights lumber form days of old.

The flag on top was flown at my request over the World Headquarters of the John Deere Tractor Company, Moline, Il. I built a lot of Shadow boxes with my 510, but that was my finest. I still do them on request and I also do casket flag cases when asked.
Merry Christmas to all of you

Thanks for posting Eric. I see where you were out in my parts of country '88-'90. Very diverse training you've gone through....from K-9's though diesel engine inspection. Interesting! Again, great job on that shadow box. You must be very proud of it.

Been there numerous times as a matter of fact. My Brother and his wife live an hour east of SD. Yeah they are fun to build and fun to stuff. It is a unique representation of a persons Military Career.
