Well.So all are bad opening lines/sentences, are local store had Black Angus semi boneless Rib steaks on sale for $8.99lb, so one is more then enough for us split, I did some fresh beets and fried onions from the farmers market and snap peas, mom loves her veggies, on Friday with some grilled Portabella mushroom caps grilled, on the underside with the gills open, these are about 2 1/2 - 3" diam, sprinkle in some Italian herbs, pressed garlic course salt and then drisle in some Olive Oil, let sit for an hour ish, Rib Steak, Olive oil , garlic SnP the same. I used to be a charcoal guy but toooo much work gas grill guy now the last 8 years ish. Do the Steak Med Rare, pop on the mushrooms, let the steak rest covered it foil, do the srooms cap down the first few minutes on low, then flip, cap up for about 5+ minutes.
When I was younger and pure, I would do those mushrooms on the grill instead of a beef burger, hard to tell the difference.

Well, I didn't wake up as early as I'd hoped, but I really had to get out there in order to finish up the article for my blog (I'm trying my darndest to update weekly!). Finally got in there about 10:30. Ended up working in there until about 2:00, then went back out around 3:30 after cooling down a bit, and worked until about 6:00. I was a sweaty mess, but it was productive! Drank a lot of water (about 1L/hr), but towards the end my hands/forearms started cramping up something fierce, which was the indicator to be done for the day. Got enough done, that I felt comfortable writing up the post, so yay!!

roopert5, where is your blog?
Stay hydrated, friend.
Don't know if you imbibe, but I found out long ago that beer doesn't work.

Indeed! Diuretics are a poor source of rehydration.

Roopurt, good stuff. I've been following but gotta really concentrate on reading with the dark background.

Oh! Thanks for that feedback! I'll get that background fixed up. No good writing a blog that no one can read!

As for hydration, I stick with water while I'm working. After I'm done and am cooling off, I will occasionally have a cold pilsner to speed up that process!

Mighty fine bit of blogging. Thanks for the link. It's been saved to my favorites.
Gotta agree with Skizzity, though. A little tough to read. Especially on a small screen like the Kindle I use in the shop.

I just finished changing the font color in the actual posts, and am looking at some new templates that should offer better text clarity now. I use responsive designs so the appearance should be similar from desktop to mobile device.

You may want to try adding a liter of Gatorade type drink after about every 2 or 3 liters of water. This was a common recommendation from the corpsmen on a couple of the ships I was stationed on when we were in tropical climates with high heat index work areas. Something about loss of salt and other nutrients in the sweat that the sports drink has added to it to help prevent the muscles from cramping. Not sure if the advice has changed since then. The friends that followed the advice had fewer issues with cramped muscles. I worked in areas that had AC so only did it once in a while back then but try to keep it in mind each summer.

Body holds in sodium, you loose Potassium, fresh fruit especially Bananas, they have a lot of Potassium in them, and it is the lose of that that causes muscle craps.
