Even though I grew up and live in the country, I worked for over 30 years for a local municipality and I liked the movie with Billy Crystal so I started using this screen name over 10 years ago on various sites.

I've enjoyed reading about them too. It tells a little something about the person, either though you only know them through a typed message on a forum.

My great-grandfather, and namesake, was a member of the 8th Iowa. Better not get me started on Civil War history, or I'll bore you for hours..
