When did internet access become available? Better question might be "When did Shopsmith first utilize the internet to report Purchase Order History Status"?

Re: New Shopsmith Website is Up and Running Today!
I would hope even if the website can't continue to provide the complete history of orders directly that Shopsmith would find a way to provide that information by some other means when requested. I don't believe that they have any obligation to do so aside from just good business practice. Maybe they'll get all the records they have available online eventually, but it's not unusual for old business records to be unavailable, especially when there's a change in ownership and/or technology. In comparison to a possible situation where the company was no longer operating at all some loss of past records is not a terrible outcome.
So in conclusion, I wish they had done a better job getting a new website operating but they've made progress remedying the problems and I'm glad that right now it appears they'll be around for awhile and we'll see some future improvements. However I reserve the right to complain loudly just like anyone else when my own particular online ox is gored.

No. The intent over the years was that existing customer accounts were updated to include email addresses. If we haven't done that the history is still there, but the lookup doesn't find it.

Re: New Shopsmith Website is Up and Running Today!
This Order History issue may linger for a long time.
Yesterday or the day before I discovered that the website once again had a list of my past orders. Confused!! Earlier today I logged in and guess what. No history. Could it be that I had the history only when I was logged in via Google. If that was - it is no longer. I hesitantly logged in using my email address and Google password. I got in but no history.
I probably, so, how caused that issue to resurface.
Now I have still another issue of my own doing. I appear to have two accounts on the Shopsmith server; one that I access via Google and another that I access the NORMAL way with username and password
I', fortunate though. One of the grand kids will be able to fix this - just eliminate the path to log in via Google.

There are a lot of holes missed pictures and descriptions, does anyone know if this will be addressed. Also items are placed in odd places and hard to find without extensive searches.
