FREE!!! To a good home. Vintage (early/mid 1960's) Magna "Sawsmith" radical arm saw. 100% complete and working. This is NOT junk. Fully functional and NOT worn out and ready for the scrap heap. Comes with multiple variety of blades and a sanding drum (as pictured). There are several websites and forums dedicated to the "Sawsmith" and parts diagrams and replacement parts. There are two links below. On the lower portion of the right side of the cabinet base there is some surface rust. Easily scraped or sanded off. Moving and can't take it with me. I only ask that whoever takes it will put it to good use and not just let it collect dust. Sits on roller wheels and easily moved around.

Great deal. If only I was closer. "The Californian Radical Radial Arm Saw"

I paid 100$ for one just like this last fall with a clean table, but still a bargain if it runs.

I dont know the area pricing/selling, I would not call it a bargain at the asking price, but maybe for 800$ would be a fair price, 600$ if all works would be a bargain, IMHO.

Just posting this one to brag.
My brother and I are on our way to Tucson, to pick up a
standalone (yes, Shopsmith) planer, and I saw this posted
last night.
Here's the planer.

Nice find Steve, the one by me that I almost bought last month for $550 is still on CL for $550. Too much in my opinion.

Well, here is the after action report.
ER is rough, speed changer has been broken and welded.
All 4 headstock bearings appear to be in PERFECT shape, though.
Way tubes have surface rust, but not enough to hinder disassembly.
Outside of one extension table, tailstock casting and rip fence,
the rest was missing. Did have the Model 10 jointer/shaper fence.
Planer looked to have been used, but you had to REALLY look.
The blades on the planer head, did have a nick, but my brother
knows the trick of sliding one blade sideways, to eliminate that.
Also came with a set of brand new blades.
