Following on the last post I now believe I have the number of members who have posted 1 time, no more no less.

The number? How does 734 sound.

Yes I could point out the 460 members have 2 posts, or even that 267 members have 3 post to their name.

Isn't this endless fun?

Yeah, it is. It clearly shows that a large majority of the members do not post. We can't tell how often they come on line without posting though.

Hi Cando,

I'd like to thank you for posting your details, I'm sure a lot of others are/were also primarily readers like yourself. Feel free to post more or continue just reading, it is all good.

I will admit that when I see UP it does peak my interest. My wife is a Bessemer Girl, her Mom was from Phoenix (Keweenaw), her family use to supply wood for the copper mines in that area. My father in law use to be a miner, copper in the Keweenaw, iron in Wakefield, Anvil, etc.

My Dad was from Hurley WI. his Dad was a bookkeeper for an iron mine in WI.

We still visit the western UP for 30 to 45 days a year and still find new places to explore and enjoy. Wish I could spend more time up there.
