You got a great deal. Welcome to the madness. Just assume that every piece you just bought is either out of alignment or in need of maintenance and probably both. Before you use each function or spt read the literature and watch the you tubes. It's an amazing tool and loads of fun !

Anyone know what that two pieces are in pic 6?

Those are clamps for mounting certain attachments to the way tubes. I have one on my speed reducer, and they are also used for the SS-mount planer, and I think the lathe duplicator. I didn't see anything in your photos that would use them, however, so they must have gotten separated from their accessory.
