I 'respect' thy opinion and intentions, but, I think doing so is pointless.

Try to get it to tip over. I think you will be surprised at how difficult that will be.

Not really worried about it tipping over, it’s more right or wrong as I perceive it. Right is level and wrong is not level, that simple. If it doesn’t affect anything by doing what I consider is the right way for this stand alone application, hey gotta have standards. I appreciate your input.

Only thing I'd suggest before you 'adjust' it is to make sure that the lower part of the Base casting is right. If you can measure the flat areas where the Base Arm lands, they should be close to the reference 'zero' of the Bench Tubes. (Mine, two samples, were within 0.2 degrees.) If you can't get to those while it is assembled, I'll get you an angle measurement for that face between the tubes. I didn't see anything wrong with how your tubes were mounted, but I'm puzzled why yours seems to be somewhat different than the others.

I got .2 and .3 degrees with bench tubes being 0
That was a good call to check, thanks!

Not sure if I can let it go right or wrong I may make the adjustment. I will think about it long and hard before. Thanks again.
You could try taking the casters out on one side, popping washers on the posts then put the casters back in.

I’d like to make bench tubes along with table and way tubes square and true. Thanks for the idea.

You are busy achieving nothing toward resolution of the described problem, but if you do this make sure that you remove EXACTLY the same amount from each tube (table tubes excepted). You can really screw up the system if you don't. Squaring the table tubes is a sheer waste of time and effort.

Not doing anything to the tubes other than squaring up the system so that I get everything parallel, perpendicular at 90 degrees etc., etc. which will require removing a little bit, approx. 1/8” where shown. Simple, and if I take a bit too much it can be shimmed. It’s only going to make this stand alone set up “squared up” and I believe safer. I get you don’t approve and I respect your opinion but I don’t agree with it. Thank you

I suspect that we have a communications problem. You say you are squaring the tubes and then you highlight the protrusions on the casting.

As for approval. I have no approval rights just opinions.

He will grind the nubbins to allow the drill press position to be 'vertical' when the bench tubes are horizontal. That will also 'raise' the position of the stop screw in the 'dimple'.(ok as long as it stays lower than "three o'clock  ).
