I am not sure I would call it a bargain at that price, but. And he does not have the speed changer hooked up right.

High $, yes but after all it has a complete 4E setup.

So what would you do differently with the Speed Changer?

I am not saying it not workable as he has it, but the MS sez it should be this way. I did not see the mounting for the jointer or if I remember right the extra pulley wheel for it, but I am not sure what to look for on that.

After relooking at the motor pulley, looks like it is 4 steps, and the far one to the left maybe for the jointer. With the 3 step in proper position.

I thought there was a hub to drive the jointer off the HS? Ya this is Skips for a jointer.

Your turn John.

Set them straight.

I do not have the setup instructions.

FWIW, the pulleys are correct even without the fourth pulley.

HS pulley is correct, I cant tell about the motor pulley, it does seem to have that extra 4" on the left side.
Johns in Sacramento,CA eating Cheese Cake. I do wait with baited breath. Then there was my recent purchase with that 2 step pulley, that was a learning experience for us ;)

As most times JPG you are correct, on the motor pulley/s, there is the 3 step one, set in the correct position for the SC set up. Then an added 4.5 or 5" added to the left of that for what ever reason. I did a bit of photo work, my weak suite, but getting better at it.
