I know this has been brought up and discussed on here before. But just the other day while looking up the specs for tool, I was informed about this effort to push legislation in the State of California for having Flesh Detecting Technology on a state level. And, we all know if they pass it there it will not take long before it is pushed onto the rest of us in the other 49 states. Check out this public opinion submittal site by the Power Tool Institute. Evidentially, they have extended the public comment period.
