Sliding Cross Cut Sled

In another thread dlbristol premiered his latest project; his completed Crosscut Sled. It looks fantastic.
He said some nice words about mine but if he only knew the trials and tribulations associated with my several attempts.
In fact, I am still not satisfied with either my crosscut sled or my outfeed table. I did not know that until one day I had the outfeed table mounted and tried to use the crosscut sled. Doesn't sound like an impractical thing to do, does it.
Anyhow, that experience was the conception of my next outfeed table'crosscut sled combination.
When completed, they will be able to be mounted simultaneously and used either together or independently.
Right now, if I have the outfeed table mounted, the miter runners in the cross cut sled are "stopped" by the miter tracks in the outfeed table.
When I build the next (final) version, the outfeed table will be about 6" wider than the main table plus one extension table plus one floating table but will be attached to only the main table.
The crosscut sled won't be quit that wide (but close) and the miter tracks will be such that they do not interfere with free movement.
