Richmond, VA Lowe's Demo - Who's In?

There will be a Shopsmith Power Pro Demo in Richmond, VA on 08 and 09 May 2012 from 1000-1900. It is at the Lowe's at 1640 W. Broad St, Richmond, VA.

Who's in, and which day? I would like to meet some of you who live closeby.

I'm an hour north of Richmond. It is easier for me to take a half day off work and drive down in the middle of the day than it is for me to take time away from my family and drive down in the evening.

Here's my plan: eat lunch at Cracker Barrel 10 miles up the road from the Lowes (3620 Maryland Court, Richmond, VA) at 1130 then go to the demo.

If anyone else is able to join me at the demo an/or for lunch, just let me know which day works best for you and I'll see you there!

Probably too far for me. But where's the schedule for these demos?

I did the Manassas demo a few months back. Worth it. He is, of course, a salesman and not really going to give up any tricks others have done. Like mods etc. He focuses on the power pro which is great though. I just stood there with dollar bills floating above my head the whole time...dreaming of the day I could afford it.

Looks like they have a bunch of these planned around the East Coast. You can find the listing of demos here http://www.shopsmith.com/markvsite/event_schedule.htm. They have one coming up in Baltimore in May at the Lowe's in Catonsville.

Closest one to here is Mobile, AL. Wife just gave permission and it is in June. Hope to get to go. Thanks for the link.

I may well attend - particularly if the weather isn't fit for flying and the fish are not biting. I'm just north of Richmond near where I-95 and 295 intersect. I have little interest in upgrading my power head and zero interest at the current prices but I do have some interest in seeing what they're selling.
