Ringmaster segmented Jig

Does anyone have the plan for the Jig that Nick used for cutting and disk sanding the blocks into the 22.5 deg pieces for making a segmented piece to use on the Ringmaster?
You can download both notch jigs and the segment clamping jig from the blackboard when you watch the video on Shopsmith's website.
