Getting a breeze, there, Joe?
Seriously there is a store here that sells people misters. It sprays a mist over the area where people walk and it is very comfortable.

Yes, but it a hot breeze. We have two to those misters that you hook up to a garden hose, they do help a little. We won't have to use a lighter to light the fireworks, just touch the concrete.

It Ain't too cool here either. All that 100+ temperatures have somehow slipped east of where they are supposed to be!
Any chance we can 'return' them?:D
At least dry came with the high temp - we be having a drought.

With all those 'fans' I thought you did not 'need' AC!:D

That is one thing we can be thankful for, at least we do have wind blowing here. Without it, it would be bad.

5 days over 100 so far this year here in Leavenworth. Today it is 99.7 so I expect #6. I had to work on the son's car last week and I too ran the AC in the shop. Worked outside yesterday and it was bad. I had to stop three times to cool off. The last time I was just watering the flowers and bushes. The weather guru say maybe a break next week.
The local weather guy said there were 40 some days over 100 in the early
30's in one year. I guess I am spoiled with AC but I like it like that.

They have installed a few miles of those fans here too. After the last 5 days of 104 or better, we are hoping that those fans blow the heat on eastward, since it seems to have come from your direction.
