I happened to be awake Monday morning when the new Mars rover sat down. Curiosity has landed on Mars and is working...
Now the big question, are there cats on Mars and if so will Curiosity kill any of them?

Hummmmm. Maybe that is why one of my cats keeps intently staring up at the ceiling.
They were talking about all the hype with this on the Radio this morning. I had read articles where they were building another rover for Mars but I never heard or read about NASA actually launching one.
I've always found this stuff to be real interesting. It is amazing that the orriginal two (Spirit and Opportunity) are still functioning after all this time (just goes to show that the US can still produce a good product). Here is a site where you can check out the images and photos from Mars.

Or maybe you have a mouse, or a racoon or some other varmint nesting in the ceiling. Something the cat can hear that you do not.

It could possibly be a mouse. Or, one of those Asian Stink Bugs that seem to get into the darndest places.

Or a teeny tiny little rover from one of the moons of Jupiter...

There are no cats on Mars. All Martian cats were moved to Melmac by my hero.

... anyone else think it is ironic that the first real flying saucer came FROM Earth, and landed on Mars? (see the pics on the news of the ship before it kicked its heat shield)
