Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say Hi.
My Name is Wayne and I live in Guelph Ontario.
My wife and I just moved into a new home last week. One of the "must haves" when we were looking was a garage big enough that I can have a shop. It's been a while. The house is a mess with boxes waiting to be unpacked, furniture waiting to be assembled and appliances needing to be hooked up.
Last night I drove 2 hours out to purchase a used Mark V 510.
Part of the deal was 7 boxes of related parts and a dust collection system.
Thank God it's a long weekend in Canada. right now I'm trying to figure out how much work on the house will satisfy my lovely bride so I can get out there in the garage and see what treasures are in those boxes and maybe try out the new toy. Fortunately she has the gift of "long suffering".
I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here.
Back in the wood, does it get any better????

Here is what you need to do Wayne. My wife is the "long suffering" type also. She has been putting up with our old farmhouse rebuild for the last 15 years. Until I hit on the idea to use the Shopsmith for most of the work. So suddenly we have fancy oak moldings around all of our new windows, new bookshelves in the finished up rooms, and a grand staircase with all new oak shelving and cabinets across the whole end of our dining room. And when I mention to her that I need a new piece of Shopsmith equipment to build something for the house, she is all ears.
