9" Saw Blades

Over the years of purchasing used machines, I have acquired a 'plethora' of saw blades. Amongst the lot are a number of 9" blades that might be of interest to older Mark 5 users (bored for 5/8" or 1-1/4" arbors). I also have a number of 10" blades that won't win any beauty contests. They are basically free, just the cost of shipping. If anyone is interested contact me via my email below.

The 9" blades that I have are steel, no carbide. I do have some 10" blades with carbide tips.
9" is big enough

I have the same situation from buying up Smiths...having a bunch of 9er's....just not enough to give away yet.
When you consider that great depth of cut on a Shopsmith, the 9" blades are more than adequate for the bulk of the woodworking we all do.
As long as they're not rusty, the non carbide blades are cheap to sharpen & hold an edge well. I have a combo that I use a lot & the end grain on Ash after a cut looks like its already been sanded.
I know lot's of guys are going for the carbide, I'm just saying, don't ignore the older blades.
