Any Lube assembling power head

Do you use a lube on the shafts that cary the variable pulleys also what needs lube when I put the power head back together. Also are these pulleys Ok to use and should I prepare the pulleys drive face in some way.

Hi Rick,
You are really getting into it! I know Bill Mayo has a method of reconditioning the sheaves. I'm not sure how. Looks like you got em all out. The motor can be tough, but you obviously got it!. There's control & idler on the idler shaft as you know. Check out the bearing on the control sheave. a 30 weight oil is recommended by some.

Light machine oil(turbine oil/three in one oil/sewing machine oil/10W machine oil...)

Add every 10 hrs of operation.

I would use the sheaves as they are. They are a bit worn, but are not 'grooved'.
