Does anyone know how to change the belt on the scroll saw? The manual that came with it, doesn't say anything about.

These are the instructions I was told by Customer Service:

Remove 91 plate
Remove 101 guard
Remove 55 bolt from 54 link
Remove 109 knob
Remove 107 retainer ring
Loosen 115 set screw in pulley 108
Tap 97 weight and shaft assembly into unit
Remove belt from shaft
Make sure weight and shaft sync
PT’s must face each other


I don't recall right now what PT's are without finding my parts drawing but someone else may chime in.

That's the problem, we don't have the parts list. Our manual doesn't have the diagram.

And whomever created that ‘exploded’ view used some pretty weak ordnance.

It would be great if they’d update that to something more legible or, at the least, provide a sharp image. Blurry AND small just doesn’t work for me.

The one in the manual is of good quality and easy to read.

Not bad when printed out. A tad soft, but certainly MUCH better than the schematic material offered at the SS site.

Theirs are of such poor quality that I often can’t even hazzard a guess about what’s being shown or stated.
